The house was lovelyand we appreciated the welcome package. Finding the place was a bit tricky at first, but once sorted, we really enjoyed our stay. The property is in top condition, definitely a place we'd come back to!
Emma
Wow, what a lovely stay! We just got back from Chy Lowen and honestly, it exceeded all our expectations. The house is stunning, super cleanand really feels like a home away from home. Belinda and Col are such warm, welcoming hosts-so helpful and friendly. We loved the hot tuband the garden was perfect for relaxing and games. The location is great too, close enough to explore easily. We really couldn’t find a fault and are already planning to return. Thanks so much for a fantastic week!
Ian
They really put in a lot of effort to get the property just rightand it definitely met all our hopes and standards.
Emma
Chy Lowen is such a wonderful house in a fabulous location. The central spot makes for a great starting point for lots of days outand the house itself is ideal for a large family. We found the kitchen well equipped. The hot tub and sauna were simply amazing for relaxing at the end of the day. There are also activities for the garden if needed, from a ping pong table to a wood cabin if you want to be outside but it’s raining. The house is just perfect! Cheers!
Laura
We had a brilliant week at Chy Lowen in August and the house had everything we could possibly need. We’re two families with kids aged 14, 13, 11, 10 and 9and the board games, hot tub and garden games kept everyone entertained. Honestly, it was the cleanest and most well thought out house we have ever stayed in. The location is fantastic too, with cafes, restaurants, a puband beaches just a short drive away. We’d absolutely recommend staying here!
Emily
Chy Lowen was just the ideal house for our family get together. We had a truly lovely holiday!

This place is perfectly located for beaches and loads of attractions! The house was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you might need for a great holiday, suitable for our family ranging from 11 to 82 years old.

This is a really beautiful home with everything you could ever need and more. We absolutely loved the hot tub and sauna, especially when the weather was rainy. The house was decorated so well and it felt very homely. We were big fans of the reclining sofas! Real luxury! The area is perfectly located with lots to do and stunning beaches. We enjoyed St. Mawes and took the boat over from Falmouth. St Ives was lovely, especially out of season, with gorgeous little shops. Belinda was so accommodating and always around if you needed help with anything.
Oliver
Our family group ranged from 21 to 82. This superb house exceeded all our expectations! It’s a beautiful place, wonderfully clean and has everything you could possibly want. The hosts even went out of their way to provide a birthday cake for our 60-year-old, complete with candlesand flowers for ‘granny’. We even managed to coax ‘granny’ into the jacuzzi since access w as a lot easier than we thought. Overall, a stay we will always remember. Great location, spotlessand we would highly recommend it!
Raj
We absolutely loved our stay at the house! Both Belinda and Colin were fantastic hosts. The house is beautifully decoratedand there’s loads of space for big families to unwind, especially the bedrooms which were larger than we expected from the pictures. The hot tub and sauna were a lovely bonus, perfect after long day trips around Cornwall. We trave lled to St Ives, New Quay, Falmouthand Penzance, all of which were short drives away, so the location was spot on for us. We’ll definitely be coming back.
Mark
Belinda and Colin were so welcoming and helpful without being intrusive. The house was beautiful, very clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The grandchildren absolutely loved the hot tub, the toys and the picnic house at the end of the garden. We would definitely recommend this place for a family holiday that has everything you need for a fantastic Cornish holiday!
Emily
We had an amazing stay here! The house is simply stunning; the pictures just do not do it justice. It is very well equipped and maintained with beautiful features and facilities. The hot tub and huge social kitchen space were well used throughout the week. By far, this is the best holiday home we have stayed in! Great location for exploring Cornwall. We will be recommending this lovely place to everyone we know.

From the moment our holiday began until the very last day, we had a lovely time. The owners were really welcoming and suggested loads of places to visit with the kids. The beach nearby was a definite highlight! We absolutely loved the hot tub and saunaand the guys in our group really made the most of it. There was plenty of space for the kids to run around, plus loads of family games to play. All the bedrooms are spaciousand the whole house is just amazing. We will definitely plan another trip again! Thank you xxx
Ryan
What a gorgeous home for the week! It was very well equipped and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast bar was a huge hit with our grandchildren. We loved the lovely garden and the hot tub was just fabulous since it’s undercover. We’ve heard the sauna was also really good. Getting anywhere for a day trip was easyand the village of Lanner has a great fish and chip shop plus all the normal amenities. Don’t forget to try out the bakery, it’s very good! The hosts were greatand we had a really fabulous week.
James
The house was really nice and had all the comforts we could ask for. We really enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, table tennis and darts too! The owners were lovely and super helpful with their recommendations. We had a great holiday overall. We’ve given 4 stars for location purely because 5 stars would probably be on the beach. However, having a central spot meant we had great access to both coasts and it encouraged us to explore lots of different beaches and places. So, it was definitely a 5 star break.
Emma
This was a gorgeous house to stay in, super clean and has everything you could possibly need. We had a fantastic time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone!
