The location is good, the local residents were all very friendly, local shop and fish and chip were really good and had everything you need. Great for dog owners as there is a dog walking field just over the road which is kept very clean.

Its heated by a wood fire and takes a lot of time to heat, approximately 6 hours, and you need to be there to keep putting logs on the small burner. The process then has to be repeated next time you want to use it. We gave up on it as it was too time consuming. Cubert is a pleasant little village with good access to beaches and beautiful walks. The cottage is old with very small windows, so it is dark and there are no views. We had very good weather so were able to be out much of the time, but we would have enjoyed it much less if the weather had been poor.

Some of the highlights include the Bull Pen indoor play area, the Raging Bulls Ride, Pat-aPet and the Mini tractors. Of course there is also the opportunity to get up close to the farm animals and try some bottle feeding.

Paradise Park first opened its doors in Cornwall in 1973 and has been one of the regions top attractions ever since. What was once just a tropical bird garden is now a refuge for many different species of animal and aims to be educational as well as fun for its visitors.
