The Roundhouse Hut Reviews

Emma Clarke
We stayed here recently and honestly, everything was super tidy and well-organised. As someone who travels quite a bit, I usually pack all the essentials myself, but this place had pretty much everything already there - from towels to bin bags. It’s cosy, warmand perfect for a relaxing break. Even with nearly a whole weekend of rain, we still enjoyed the hot tub and BBQ. Definitely a great spot to unwind from city life!
Emma
Wow, what a good place! If privacy is your thing, this place is perfect - hardly saw a soul. The hot tub is absolutely fantastic, set in a lovely spot with comfy seating, a big drinks fridgeand pretty lights. We’d never tried a Shepard Hut before, but it was so cosy with the most comfy bed and all the essentials. We’ll definitely come back. Thanks a lot!
Jamie
We had a lovely stay in the cosy Shepherd’s hut. The spot is perfect-just 15 minutes to Port Isaac and Tintageland 20 to Padstow. It’s super private, with only the owner checking the hot tub, which is in a covered area and really nice. We enjoyed Sunday lunch at The Ship Inn (their turkey is amazing) and dinner at St Kew Inn, both highly recommended!
Emma
We loved the Shepherds Hut! It’s super cosy and feels like a proper little retreat. Perfect for a chilled weekend - we spent our days wandering coastal paths and relaxing on nearby beaches. The hot tub was a lovely surprise, so private too. Also, the Sunday carvery at the local pub was spot on. Definitely a great break for us!

We stayed at the Roundhouse Hut recently and honestly, it was lovely. The place was spotless, warmand felt super cosy from the moment we arrived. They even left us a cute welcome pack which was a nice touch. The hot tub was definitely a highlight, perfect for unwinding. Plus, the friendly cats wandering around for cuddles made it even better. It’s a bit tucked away from the busy tourist spots, which we liked because it felt more secluded. Would definitely recommend for a chill break!

We booked this place for our honeymoon and honestly, it was just perfect. The cute cabin had everything we needed and was so cosy. Arriving to the 'Just Married' banner, wineand petals on the bed was a lovely surprise. The hot tub tucked away in a little private spot was a real highlight, surrounded by nature. The location in Cornwall’s peaceful village was ideal - close enough to explore, but quiet enough to relax. We’ll definitely return!

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It’s super cosy and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for a comfy weekend. The hot tub was just what we needed to unwind after exploring the area. The basket of goodies, especially the prosecco and biscuits, was a lovely surprise. The pub nearby served great food and was just a short walk away. It’s in a peaceful spot, where we could hear the owl at night, yet close enough to visit Padstow and Wadebridge easily.
