What a lovely find! We were after a peaceful escape from work and this place delivered. The beaches we wanted to visit were only about half an hour away, so it was perfect for day trips. Coming back for a BBQ and relaxing in the hot tub in the garden was just what we needed. Our dog loved it too - she couldn’t escape, which meant she could just do her own thing and nap all she wanted. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to unwind!

Honestly, this place doesn’t get the recognition it deserves. We’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always been a favourite - probably in our top five for years. The hot tub is fantasticand the outdoor chill zone with BBQ is perfect for summer evenings. Comfy bed, decent-sized TVand a cosy bedroom make it a real gem.

Honestly, this place was fab. We really felt relaxed and recharged. The hot tub was perfect after a day outand the firepit in the evening was lovely. We loved the spot! Super easy to get to Padstow, Newquay, Foweyand Looe. The owner was really thoughtful, leaving us tea bags, milkand Tassimo coffee pods for when we arrived-such a relief after a long drive. The garden was secure, which was great for our dog, especially when we wanted to relax in the hot tub at night without worries. Definitely recommend this place!

The Eden Project is a fantastic local attraction in Cornwall which will appeal to families and couples.  From the moment you step through the entrance it's clear that this is no ordinary attraction.  All under one roof you will find a giant rainforest, Horticulture courses, rock climbing, ice skating and an arts cafe.  Not all of these activities are on at one time, they are staggered throughout the year so check out the website to see what's available when you plan to visit.  Autumn at Eden is very popular with events such as daily apple pressing and Time Changing Tales (story telling with an autumn theme).
Springfields Fun Park & Pony Centre - PL15 8EU

Springfields Fun Park & Pony Centre offers a day full of action and adventure for all the family come rain or shine. If the weather is good then children can take advantage of the vast open space to run around and play, enjoy pony rides, train rides, trampolines and Go-Karts and explore the nature trails. If the weather is not on your side then the huge play barn is the place to head and as climbing frames, slides, ball pool and rope swings as well as a baby and toddler area.

Open from end March to end October this is a lovely attraction suited to families with kids of all ages.  You don't need to worry about the weather either as this is an all weather attraction with the addition of soft play areas and a ball pool for the little ones.  Some of the highlights include the Bull Pen indoor play area, the Raging Bulls Ride, Pat-aPet and the Mini tractors.  Of course there is also the opportunity to get up close to the farm animals and try some bottle feeding.

The award winning Newquay Zoo makes a fun family day out in North Cornwall.  With over 130 different species of animals to see and plenty of fun activities for the kids this attraction is ideal.  Recent additions to the zoo include the African Savanna and the Madagascan Walkthrough exhibit.  Kids will love the play area, face painting, tarzan trail and animal encounters.  Different events tale place throughout the year such as the Halloween Zoo Boo family fun event on 31st October.
The Monkey Sanctuary - PL13 1NZ

This attraction is really unique in that you have the opportunity to gain a rare insight into a working sanctuary.  You can see first hand all of the fantastic work carried out as well as seeing the monkeys themselves.  Other popular areas of this attraction include the Bat Cave and Wildlife Room. the Wildlife Gardens and the kids play area.  There is something for everyone at The Monkey Sanctuary and you can also sponsor and donate if you wish.  The cost to adopt a monkey is from just £2 a month.
