This is just a great place to stay if you like your own space, peace, quiet and beautiful views. Of the beaten track but not far from beautiful beaches and attractions. Third time here and won't be the last. Tim and Sadie are fantastic hosts, there if you need them, left alone if not
Alia
We loved the stay. The location was perfect. With a beautiful view and easy access to everything needed. The hosts were very nice people and were very quick at providing help when needed. We would definitely love to visit again as there was so much more to do but due to the weather we were limited.

This place was out of this world amazing! Every part of it has been done to the highest standard. From the bed linen to the welcome scones, you couldn't fault a thing. And the views!!! We felt so secluded and peaceful and especially loved the cows on our door step. Really one of the best places we've ever stayed, cannot wait to come back!!!
Lee
What an amazing place. The views were breathtaking and it was so quiet. At the end of a long track which means no traffic noise and just cows for neighbours. Valley view was very clean and well equipped and the log burner was perfect and was needed in October. Owners we really helpful and the hot tub was perfect. Was welcomed by home made scones anRead mored jam and even a bottle of fizz as it was our wedding anniversary. Highly recommend you to stay here . Hide
Dan
Amazing! From the home made scones and jam on arrival, to the amazing hot tub. A fantastic place to stay, we were kept cosy on an evening by the log burner, the bed was super comfy, everything you need is supplied. Big thanks to Sadie and Nick for everything. Dan and Jo
Darren
This was a perfect getaway relaxing and chilled, the log burner kept us nice and warm on an evening, the welcome with hot scones and clotted cream were very appreciated after a long drive

We had a fantastic time, everything you need is there and the tent was spotless. The views are amazing and some great places to visit are all within walking distance. It is only about 15 mins away from beautiful beaches and Charles town is 10 mins away. All in all we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this as a place to stay.
Linda
A unique setting, a real getaway from it all but with plenty to do in the area, A well equipped, comfortable safari tent with everything you need and the added bonus of a hot tub and delicious cream tea on arrival, perfect hosts. Cannot fault and would definitely return.

Michelle
This property is a hidden gem. Located in the countryside with owners not too far away should you need and advise on local area. Scones and jam and cream were a wonderful touch .. Hot tub in the evenings was a luxury and a burner to keep you warm in the evenings. Great location for visits to Charlestown, Mevagissey, Lost Gardens of Helligan and bea utiful beaches nearby .. Highly recommend a visit.
Victoria
Lovely quiet place to stay off the beaten track attached to a farm, amazing views, hosts fantastic, very helpful and Sadies homemade scones and clotted cream on arrival were amazing lots of little walks through the country, best beach was at Caerhays for swimming and the dog, would definitely recommend and go back again
Paul
Lovely stay so peaceful just the sounds of nature. Our little dog was absolutely mesmerised by the bulls in adjoining field. But terrorised the chickens if they got to close to the fence. Hottub was lovely & relaxing after a day sightseeing/beach.. Even lit the log burner even though quite warm anyway I imagine would be lovely on a autumn evening. Great welcome from host with beautiful scones & tour round. Other than that left to own devices but contact no's in case we needed them.
Dorota
It's very nice and peaceful place. Safari tent is perfect, mixture of tent and hotel with hot tube and nature just next to you.
Jacky
Had a wonderful week at Valley View in spite of some very inhospitable weather. The safari tent was spacious and warm and cosy with the log burner. Bed was comfortable and warm with a lovely duvet and electric blanket if needed. The walk-in shower was great and the hot tub was a fabulous treat. Excellent rural location and lovely hosts. Can't wait to return.
Alison
This was our first experience with Glamping & has probably spoilt us for the future. Safari tent was very well provisioned (inc. tasty fresh cream tea ). Hot Tub looked across the rolling hills to the sea. We had mixed weather & one day, the rain fell hard & the wind was high but we lit the wood burner & sat with the rugs on the sofa, we were very snug & warm. Electric blanket on the comfy bed was a great addition. We loved it and look forward to a return visit. Tim & Sadie were great hosts.
Leanne
Beautiful spot to have a holiday. The view was great, with a hot tub and outdoor furniture to enjoy it. The furniture was comfortable and the bed was so good with the heated blanket, which was definitely needed at night. Quite a chilly week but the hot tub and log burner kept us lovely and warm. Would definitely recommend for a different quirky and cosy holiday. Very friendly and welcoming hosts too.
Marc
Wonderful place in a quiet and private location. Perfect for couples looking for some rest and alone time.
Jo
Bit of a wry smile, being asked to review a cottage.... this was a tent!! An awesome, well kitted our, wooden framed large tent. All mod cons, including a log burner and king sized comfy cosy bed. Fully functional kitchen and dining table plus sofa and lounge, amazing. The bathroom has a large walk in shower, fully functional proper loo and sink, h ome from home.
Wyomi
Really lovely place to stay. Scenic views from the hot tub, cosy wood burner to keep you warm, good sized enclosed garden perfect for a dog. Would recommend staying here
Karinna

It's got a great view, loved the having the cows on the field. The hot tub was fantastic, and the safari tent was brill. Loved the wood burner it gave an amazing amount of heat, the whole experience was awesome, we felt comfortable and cozy and we loved using the bbq. Nothing bad to say about this place and we were welcomed with scones and jam and clotted cream which was beautiful. And the owners are really nice to talk with. Would definitely recommend.
Tara
When we arrived at Valley View Glamping, we were absolutely blown away by the Safari tent, the hot tub and the idyllic valley views. This was the perfect base for our Cornish adventures and was the highlight of our holiday. So much so that we spent a good deal of our time chilling at the tent.
David
Being on it's own, total privacy is ensured. Tim and Sadie were the perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble. PS. A good Sat Nav is recommended.
Jenny
A lovely stay in a rural location with an incredible view of the fields, sea and of course the cows. A quiet, peaceful area but is also close to lots of activities in nearby towns. Great hosts that are very friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend!
Alan
Absolutely outstanding little break. Welcoming warm scones on arrival (jam first, avoid conflict). Log burner was on, everything we could have wanted was available. Not going to go on about the hot tub, suffice to say we now want to buy one. Supermarkets within 10 mins drive, so many little beaches and harbours close to the property. Will definitel y be back, grudge putting a positive review on here as it will limit our booking chances! Thank you for the ability to reset our heads, just perfect.
Peter
Great location friendly owners
Chloe
Owners were very friendly and very helpful! The place was lovely and cosy, just what we needed in a staycation. You definitely need to drive here in order to go to shops and the beaches of Cornwall which are lovely.
Anne-marie

James
Me my Wife and my 1 year old daughter stayed here for 3 days. It was nothing short of incredible. It's hard to put into words how perfect it was. Met by theobly host Sadie and some fresh baked scones and a fire lit the accomodation was perfect and had everything we needed and more and when we needed anything tim and sadie were on hand. It was so go od that we have already booked for next year and plan to book every year for the foreseeable future. This is now our new annual Christmas retreat
Ellen
We had a great time here. Cold in winter, but well equipped for this with log burner, electric blanket and plenty of blankets! Not far from lovely coast paths. View from the hot tub is fab! Would definitely recommend
Katie
Beautiful location with so much privacy! Homemade scones on arrival with the wood-burner lit so we were warm and cosy, I couldnt fault our trip. Even in the middle of November we didnt get cold. From relaxing and looking at stars in the hot tub to watching the sunrise, everything about our weekend was perfect. Thank you so much Sadie and time. We c annot wait to visit again!
Julie
