We love this place! Plentiful hot water; lush hot tub; sauna and pool. It's quiet and we were left alone to enjoy our holiday. Love the ' green' ethos and the very comfy beds. Our dog really appreciated being able to run round the field first thing and we all enjoyed walks to the pub, church and that we could catch the bus to Fowey from the top of Read morethe road. A lovely place to stay in a wonderful location. The cottage has all you need and very spacious. The playground was a much needed distraction for our little one and having the swimming pool made for a lovely morning swim. The silo bar was fabulous with the Gospel Choir.

Fantastic holiday home, with facilities usually only experienced when you are booking whole place to yourself ! Airy, well laid out living space, bedrooms downstairs cool in the heat. Very private garden and used the hot tub a lot. Not only house but also outside spaces associated with the house dog proof (i.e no fear of escape). Bar Silo really gr eat place to relax when open. Amazing places to visit in locality - Fowey and Polkerris beach withthe Rashleigh Inn a recommend.

We had a lovely family stay during Christmas 2022. We where treated with a bottle of fizz and a box of chocolates by our host which was a lovely touch. We where also lucky enough to be there for a night out at the silo bar with live music which was a great added bonus. Location is lovely and an easy base for getting out and about to local attractio ns, beaches and dog walks. The accommodation is fabulous and we couldn't have asked for more. Cottage was fantastic. Very large and very well appointed. Best we have ever stayed in. The courtyard garden provides great privacy and hot tub was added bonus. The cottage is upside down and walls are very thick so even in the heat it was cool. Can't fault the accommodation

The cottage is very nice, the new floor hasn't helped the noise when you are downstairs and others are upstairs. Hot water was very intermittent and one of the showers stopped working after three days, there were cigarette ends on ground outside the front door (none of us smoke so this was from the previous guests) which was a little unsightly.

South Tofrey is a beautiful place; brilliant for dogs and children. Lots of walks and it was fabulous to be able to let the dog off in ' uninhabited' fields. The conversion has been done really well and provides a high level of privacy and comfort. The hot tub is a lovely luxury. The farms location means driving to most places but there is plenty w ithin 30 minutes and Golant is easy walking distance ( if steep) we loved The Fisherman's Arms; both dog and child friendly.

This was our third visit and hopefully not our last. We are 3 different generations of family and we were all catered for. We all enjoyed the hot tub. Some of us had a sauna and swim. We had a family pool tournament because the weather wasn't being kind. The best part is being able to include all our pets. A thoroughly enjoyable week in a family pe t friendly home.

Gorgeous barn conversion home, Mulberry. modern and well equipped kitchen on a little farm with animals so added bonus for kids seeing cows and chickens. Quiet area very pretty. If you have young children there is a playground next to the front door. Really nice modern bathrooms and the downstairs layout was very good. Real log Fire in the lounge w ith wood just round the corner ideal for February! But the Best Part was the hot tub by back door. Recommend to all. Easily parks 2-3 cars outside.

first time staying in a cottage as previously has stayed in my tourer but not in November, wow great place, very quiet, owners responded when i asked a question via text but other than that we were left to chill out and enjoy the holiday. Hot tub was great and the games room was used a couple of evenings for an hour or too. very quiet, but a good b ase to visit cornwall. we are already thinking of our next visit

The property is in a lovely quite area, apart from the first night when there was a party at the property! We were advised of it when I rang to speak the owner a couple of days before we were due to arrive! They have an area which is used for functions for the village, it was enjoyable and the music stopped at 11.30! I could highly recommend it was close to areas we wanted to visit, Fowey, Eden project, Looe and also only 40 minutes to the north coast of Newquay.
