Just home from 3 nights at pirleyhill pods. What an experience. Stuart and Kyle are great hosts and the pods are 10/10. Well equipped, comfortable, spacious. They even have central heating. For a privately owned lodge, the owners were very organised and helpful. Inside is clear instructions on how to work the BBQ and Hot Tub, along with menus from local food places that deliver. It was spotless and the view was amazing, you get a bottle of Prosecco upon arrival and it was my girlfriends birthday and the owner took time out his day to set something up for me. Lovely outlook from our pod, in a very peaceful location. The pod itself was very comfortable and cosy with most things that you would need for a short stay - we were there for a week. It is a bit remote and you probably need to drive/take a taxi if you are going out to eat. We opted for the latter and there was no problem getting a taxi. Very frie ndly and helpful hosts too.

A lovely little getaway in a well equipped small space which has ample room for two people. It is out of the way and any trip to a pub or shops etc will require a drive though the hosts provide you with taxi information and stuff so it's all doable. The space is well thought out and cooking is easy so you don't actually have to leave the site if th e hot tub is your main attraction. Lovely little spot to access loads of little local towns and plenty to do of you have a car. Loved it, will return
