Suzanne
Beautiful surroundings with lots of wildlife. Hot tub was great & a lovely size. A very spacious property but some areas were a bit worn.
Julian
Lovely place to stay. Good for our 3 dogs.. food excellent quality. Not too far to the beach and lots of places to explore a short trip .. very chilled
David
The property was not clean. The kitchen was laid out well but there was a severe shortage of basic kitchen tools such as a spatula, serving bowls etc The TV was continually losing connection. Overall the lodge was very tired. All the staff at the Grange were excellent.
Alyson
The lodge is in beautiful grounds and its position makes it very accessible to the North Devon coastline. We fully enjoyed the hot tub 3 evenings out of 4 despite the jets only working in the front of the tub. The kitchen and bathrooms are in excellent condition and provide all you could need in the main. A few small improvements, as suggested to oRead morewners, would make such a difference. Parking beside lodge is fine if next lodge is not occupied - else it would be tight. Hide
Macaulay
Location was perfect. Within short distance of everything you need. And really peaceful.
Jenny
This is mostly a comfortable well equipped and spacious property in a central area for coast and Exmoor with a view of a pond and shrubbery garden
Elisabeth
The location was great and the hotels food is fantastic, the lodge could do with some care the flooring is coming up in places, the wardrobe doors kept coming off the runners. Some shelves in the bathroom to put your products on.
June
Enjoyed our stay, very peaceful. Lots of places nearby to walk dogs but all a drive away. not recommended to walk outside the hotel grounds as the road can be busy and theres no path/grass verge.
jane
We had the vest weeks holiday. We stayed in lodge 10. Had sun all day on our decking. Very spacious lodges. en-suite both bedrooms. Spotlessly clean.. everything and more in the lodge. Staff are really nice very helpful. Defo will be returning.
Kimbra
This is a wonderful place to stay. The lodge was perfect. Lovely surroundings and very close to a lot of different attractions. I would highly recommend the lodge as a very comfortable base to explore North devon. We will be back.
Jason
The lodges are fantastic will fully opening glass doors most are set around lakes with established planting which provides a degree of privacy, the layout is great with onsuite and connected bathrooms. The hot tun is a great bonus along with onsite restaurant which is available for breakfast lunch and dinner and totally dog friendly we took 3 dogs which was not a problem. The decking is enclosed along with a gate for the dogs so they could wander in and out. Would book again.
Angela
Kentisbury Grange site is a lovely, relaxing spot for a break in Devon. I have to say that I was disappointed to be allocated a different lodge to the one on my booking confirmation. The lodge had damaged patio doors opening onto the veranda and the lakeside shrubbery blocked views over the pond as it was extremely overgrown. I can only assume that because we were quite late arriving the guests who should have stayed in lodge 16 asked to be moved and were subsequently moved to 18 instead.
Tony
What a lovely place, all the staff so friendly, the food from the restaurant was incredible, not the cheapest but well worth a try.The location is inan excellent position 6-7 mins from the beech but when your sitting in your hot tub overlooking the lake you could be thousand miles from anywhere. Truly an amazing place.
mark
Lovely holiday, well equipped, quiet and very relaxing
