Jayne
The cottage was extremely spacious and well furnished. It was lovely and warm with no need for heating upstairs. The owners were very helpful especially with the wood fired hot tub. Would definitely recommend this holiday cottage.
Mark
Cottage is excellently appointed, spacious and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need is provided.
Sally
Lovely cottage. You do need a car. Very comfortable, though the large sofa sagged when you sat on it. Didn't use the hot tub, so can't comment on it. Bread, milk and Welsh cakes were provided for us which was a nice treat. Didn't meet the owners, however they did get in touch quickly when I messaged them. Nice a secure cottage, I would be happy to Read morestay again. Hide

Jane

Peter
Ideally situated cottage for most places to visit

Wonderful little house, great lay out pretty good location on a nice bit of land. The showers were lovely and the kitchen well equipped. It would be worth noting that it is an attached property, we have a baby and the next door banging doors woke littlenine up. The sofa (beige looks really comfy in pics) is not comfy at all but that's the worst bit s. George 3rd pub is 14 min drive away by far best place to eat and drink! It's in a trail if you like walking/biking to near by towns.
Emma
Lovely cottage. Very clean and spacious. Like home from home with washing machine etc. Would have preferred 2 single beds instead of a double so the children had their own beds. Was left Welsh bead, Welsh cakes and milk on arrival. Very thoughtful. Owners are on site to deal with any problems. Would recommend this cottage xx
Alan
Absolutely stunning barn.So much room and beautifully decorated. Home from home and the Christmas tree and Dec's were a lovely touch. The barn was spotless and so warm and cosy. The perfect break we all needed and the owners couldn't do enough. A lovely chilled family gave us the perfect chilled fantastic New Year break.
Joanne
What an absolutely stunning place. It had everything we needed, including spectacular views from the hills behind the cottage. You should climb the hill and take in the views, it is breath taking. It was peaceful, quiet and tranquil.
Amanda
Comfy beds and settee. Needs tidying up a bit in places. TV in bedroom did not work. I would go back through.
Valerie
Super accommodation, modern comfortable and extremely spacious. Top quality for self catering
Elaine
Property was nicely furnished and spotlessly clean just a bit disappointed with the outside space not very private.
Julia
A nice cottage very clean and spacious. One of the bedrooms does not have a shower so has to use downstairs bathroom. The TV signal is intermittent.
Susan
What a beautiful and spacious cottage Middle Barn is. It is very well equipped. It is a great base to explore the area. There are some great places within a hour or so. The local beach is fantastic and peaceful. If you want to walk to Fairbourne it only takes about 20 minutes but there is no footpath so you have to walk along the road, which is not ideal.
Lorraine
Highly recommend this property, perfect for exploring North Wales.
Tricia
A beautiful cottage which is perfectly located to make a base for your holiday activities. Lots of space inside the cottage as well as parking. It is easy to air the cottage out on hot days to keep cool, and it holds the heat well if days/evenings are a bit cold. If you are after beautiful scenery, this offers amazing views when walking around the site. The farm animals can be friendly, you will also see various wildlife.
Marie
A very beautiful cottage which served as a perfect base for our holiday. The most beautiful views around and easy to walk to most areas! Cottage quaint and comfortable and the showers were fantastic, something we miss now! Next door neighbours can be noisy of your unlucky enough to have people that don't sleep so remember earplugs! But all things c onsidered we would definitely return, it was the break we all needed, thank you.
Haidee
Cottage was warm, clean and comfortable, great location. Fell in love with the area mountains and the beaches some amazing walks and scenery from the cottage. We fell in love with the cottage and area we will 100% be returning. Thank you for a great stay .
Rose
We had such a lovely time. Everything you could possible need was in the cottage - it was very clean and tidy and we have no complaints whatsoever - thank you very much - Rose Stafford
Les
Such a nice place to stay. Everything was catered for. The beds were really comfortable and rooms really big and airy. Would highly recommend the middle cottage. And placed in a good spot with lovely walks to Barmouth. We highly recommend for families with pets too.
Malcolm
The Middle Barn from the outside appears fairly small but this place is a Tardis. It is not only huge but well equipped including washing machine and dishwasher. A good nights sleep is certain with a comfortable bed and absolute peace and quiet. A lovely stay in a beautiful area.
Kim

Alison
