A great central location for visiting Devon and North Cornwall and the diverse range of things to do in the area. Fab hot tub and garden too, with a large field for running the dog. Good selection of pubs, shops too. Lovely holiday home.
Deborah
Lovely accommodation a bit remote. The traffic is quite noisy but after a few days you get used to it. The cottage has everything you need and the basket of goodies was a nice touch. Hot tub was amazing and very clean . We had a very enjoyable stay.
Robert
As per my email whilst I was at the property ref 75708. 1. Mold around the bath 2. Hall bulb flickering - guest book shows this was reported weeks ago 3. En-suite shower waste sticks up and clearly not fixed down. This is an obvious trip hazard and is dangerous! 4. Shower tray vinyl edges coming away and moldy 5. Stains on the front bedroom mattresRead mores 6. Light switches taped over 7. Front bifold doors filthy when opened 8. Exterior wood cladding faded and looks tired 9. The cutlery is cheap Hide
Nicola

Donna
The property is lovely and well equipped, the hot tub is an added bonus. It is on a busy road but didnt bother us, because of this you do need to use your car to get anywhere. Highly recommended if you want a chilled out break.
Mladen
Everything was perfect, coziness, warmth, peace. Thank you for the wonderful vacation, if we could I would give 10 stars. Great and comfortable house.
Terry
We had a lovely week away at the cottage, unfortunately the local pub only opens on a Friday and Saturday . The mattress covers need sorting out and the television needs moving to where the football game is for a couple of reasons. Apart from that we had a good time and would return when the changes have been implemented
Valerie

Wendy
A brilliant time was had by all of us including the dogs at a really comfortable and spacious property. There was everything we wanted, peace, quiet, lovely garden and the hot tub was great. Good size too. Would definitely go again.
Matthew
Nice spacious cottage and garden, well equiped, great for dogs as outdoor area is secure. Good location for exploring Devon and Dartmoor. Walking straight from the cottage with dogs is limited due to the busy road but ok if you're happy to drive for walks which we were. Really enjoyed our stay.
Terri
Potentially a great house, well equipped with good sized private garden for the dog to roam in while in the fabulous hot tub after a days walking. Welcome hamper & flowers a really nice touch. A few disappointing maintenance issues weve advised the owners of (en-suite bathroom, mattress & faulty dishwasher) which if sorted would have made our stay perfect. A couple of things to note, theres only a small charcoal BBQ now & it isnt possible to walk to the pub as road busy & no footpath.
Sally
A beautiful, contemporary barn with plenty of space and a great hot tub. It's right on a very fast road which is surprisingly noisy but other than that, we had a lovely time thank you.
Sue
Had an amazing week great house perfect for the dog lovely private garden. Perfect location, loved the hot tub after day walking. There was everything you needed home from home, would definitely recommend this holiday home.
Catherine
A wonderful stay. The barn was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you. The only reason for not giving complete 5 stars is due to the hot tub not working but the hosts were so apologetic and tried to sort it out for us . We will definitely be back!
Lucy
Lovely, warm and open barn. Good sized garden for a dog. Thick hedge along garden, so very safe for our medium sized dog, there was no way he could've gotten out.
Donna
This is a beautiful location. Kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. There are also pubs close by. The place was spotless. On arrival we received a gift basket which was a nice surprise especially since it was my anniversary. Nice yard to allow dogs to run around. Would defiantly recommend.
Lucy
Highly recommend! We had a lovely long weekend and cant wait to come back!
Mairead
Amazing house with everything you could need . As per other reviews it is on a busy road but there is a lovely walk running lanes just at the top of the road . The hot hub is big and lovely garden around the house. Fantastic hosts that leave you to it but respond very quickly if needed. Would highly recommend .
Adam
I would strongly recommend staying at the Barn its very well equipped very roomy and quite comfortable .We went with two mad dogs and they had a lot of fun in the spacious garden. We had a truly wonderful holiday there. The hot tub was used a lot its great after a day of activities to have a nice dip in there. And what is very nice about the locati on its very central and not far away from some great places. And only a few miles from oakhampton. We will definitely be going back.
Ann
Lovely relaxing holiday and ideal for dogs to run about safely . We all had a great time!
