Our first visit but it definitely won't be out last! The Cabin was homely and spacious, the views were incredible and the hot tub was very much appreciated at the end of the day! We went with our two dogs, they loved watching the cows and it was great to be able to let them off the lead in the field when the cows were not there! Highly recommend Sa unton Sands, Eggesford forest, Instow & Putsborough beach for lovely walks then back to the cabin in the afternoon to relax and enjoy the views!
Shane

We had a lovely week in the cabin. The hot tub was great and we loved seeing the cows come right up to the end of the garden! Our two young daughters (ages 8 months and 3 years) had a great time!
Paul
Stunning setting and a great location to visit the nearby beaches at Westward Ho! Woolacombe and more. Lovely and secluded and private, but with shops and pubs only a 5 minute drive away. We stayed with our 2 very young children (1 and 2 and a half) and they loved exploring the cabin and playing out on the decking, especially while the sun was sett ing in the evening (another big perk) and the hot tub was fantastic. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again.
Catherine
What a stunning property! Absolutely amazing views over the river valley. Propertly had a nice modern feel and was very private. Hot tub was lovely- perfect for taking in the beautiful scenery or star gazing in the evenings.
Michael
"The Cabin" is situated in a peaceful idilic rural setting overlooking the River Torridge and the Tarka Trail. The accommodation is spacious, well appointed and provides well for a rural holiday. Access to the 200 acre farm was a bonus for walking our Border Collie; it was a delight to see the Hare and Deer among other wildlife.
Joseph
Lovely little cabin perfect for small family with 1 or 2 kids or a couple. Very remote, about a mile down a country lane so nice and quiet, but no amenities in walking distance. Hot tub and view was the highlight. Reasonably equipped kitchen. Good shower and bath. Note that the boiler is located in a cupboard in the bunk bed room so can be noisy if the heating is on at night. Other than that it's a fantastic place.
RICHARD
Great place comfortable and fantastic views
Tim
The cabin is the perfect get away for those wanting peace and quiet in the very best of locations. The scenery was stunning, made all the better by being able to view it from the totally private hot tub. Comfy, warm and well equipped, the cabin is also genuinely dog friendly and our pup had the time of her life running thought local sand dunes and walking with us along the Tarka Trail. The best holiday we have had in years in the very best of cottages. We will be back
Gemma
We had a great time at the Cabin. It was very cosy and the views were stunning. We had great fun walking the dog around the fields amongst the cows and pheasants. The hot tub was an added bonus and we enjoyed relaxing in this and looking out over the rolling fields. Close to lots of towns and beaches. A really great time.
Charlene

Lee
The Cabin was absolutely fantastic. It was spacious and spotlessly clean. There had been no expense spared in providing everything to make our stay the best it could be. The owners even left us a cream tea for two as a welcome on our arrival! The location is amazing and the views are unbelievable! The private decking with comfortable furniture and superb hot tub completed the package perfectly. I cannot recommend this holiday base more highly, for peace and quiet and seclusion it is unbeatable
