Absolutely beautiful could not fault anything, spotlessly clean with everything we needed and an awesome comfy bed we wanted to bring it home with us. Secure garden which was lovely for our pooch Arthur to just be left with the door open. The added bonus was the hot tub we used it most days to just relax after our days out. We will definitely be re turning so peaceful.

We really enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed. Good location for being able to visit other towns/villages. It was so peaceful and beautiful, loved waking up to see the sheep and horses.

Fantastic stay at Johns place. Great location for exploring north Devon. Average time to the beach around 30 minutes. Secure garden for the dog to run around freely and the hot tub is a lovely addition. Warm and clean with dressing gowns provided after a bathe. Bed is huge and super comfy and the shower is lovely and warm! Lovely touch with the wel come basket and Prosecco. Bowls and treats for the dog also provided. Super clean and modern inside the home. The TV and Wi-Fi work well
Peter
Beautiful little retreat perfect for two. Totally secured space so very handy for the pooch to roam around outside too. Hot tub a delight to have. All thoughtfully put together and idyllic location. Only downside is that it is quiet distance from anywhere so a car is needed everyday to go anywhere. Worth a look if you want that private get away as the only guests on site not a mass market chalet!! Delightful getaway .
Michelle
We absolutely loved our stay it was first class . Would definitely stay again the one track lanes to it did not put us off
Nigel
Perfect location for peace and tranquility. Dog friendly with fenced off property, so you can let your dog roam free. Private hot tub at rear of property, with lovely sunset views. Dog friendly beaches no more than 20 mins away. Stylish, mega clean and contempory decor, with very large bed and excellent shower. The owners were very friendly and wel coming
Peter
Amazing place, HOT TUB, HOT TUB, HOT TUB.... Friendly hosts. Google sat-nav nearly gets you where you need to go... just keep going turn left around the corner and left onto the farm.
Sandra
The location is very good despite the last 100 yds of rough track to the cottage. The road from the A561 to the cottage is about 3 miles, most of it single carriageway - take care! Cottage is hardly the description I would use for the property as it appears to be new or recently modernised. It is very tastefully fitted out.
Sheila
Clean and we'll equipped for a short stay with comfortable beds and friendly hosts. Good location for peace and quiet and visiting coast.
Molly
Great place to stay, hot tub was a bonus and beautiful views.
Colin
Beautifully presented modern unit with smart decor in a rural setting, with most friendly and exceptionally helpful hosts. Most comfortable bed. We enjoyed our tour of the farm at lambing time together with the views of the north Devon countryside. Thank you ,Anna and David, for an excellent stay.
Shane
I highly recommend this property as absolutely lovely and we look forward to staying again soon very happy ....
