A wonderful holiday! The accommodation was spotlessly clean and fresh. So comfortable - I was in one of the double rooms and I slept so well. Debbie
Lovely property very spacious and everything you could need. Quiet location and for those who like a drink the local pub is a 2 min walk away.
Andrew
Beautiful, modern & most important immaculately clean. The hot tub was fantastic as was the log fire (with a complementary basket of logs) It is a working farm so you do hear the odd cow mooing & the chickens clucking but we loved that. I cant complement it enough. 5 Star rating from me.
Lesley
Lovely comfortable cottage fully equipped with everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. Spacious and cosy with a fabulous hot tub with overhead cover to protect you from the elements. A beautifully kept neat garden and parking for at least two cars. The kitchen was very well stocked with crockery, pots and pans etc. and plenty of towels and bedding for 6 people. Great location with stunning views, plenty of walking opportunities and a short drive to the beaches.
David
The cottage was lovely and cosy. Plenty of space and lots of character. The hot tub and wood burner was an added bonus. We had a great time . Also the pub down the road was great for food .
William
Lovely well-appointed Barn set in a working farmyard. The village is delightful and people are very friendly and helpful, especially the village shop and post office. Safe garden for children and pets with super addition of a hot tub, which was very welcome in the recent hot weather.
Katie
Had a fantastic holiday. The property is on a working farm however you wouldn't know. It's so quiet! Great views Lovely layout. Didn't want to come home.
Hannah
Weve just returned from a week stay and we are completely relaxed! Great cottage in a stunning location with plenty of villages to visit and tranquil costal walks. Pack o Cards Inn in Combe Martin is most definitely worth a visit. The only thing I will say is that the restricted head room as advised is definitely restrictive - I struggled in some p laces and Im only 5ft 3! Cant complain over this too much due to how fantastic our stay was. Hot tub made those long walks worth it!
Michelle
We had a fabulous holiday and would return without question. The barn is beautiful with lovely views, and very relaxing. The village is lovely and the village dog field was safe and secure, perfect for early morning walk and late evening. Everyone we met was friendly I knocked a star off location as we booked thinking there was a village pub. A wee k or so before we arrived it closed meaning there is nothing in way of a short walk other than the campsite which was not to our taste.
Phillip
Great barn conversion, well equipped and very comfortable, would book again.
Helen
We had such a lovely week at Moules Barn. The accommodation has been renovated to a high standard, with a huge bed, lovely bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen and comfy living room/dining area. The sun-trap garden is great too, really secure for our dog and the covered hot-tub is the icing on the cake! Secure dog-field in the village, a few pubs/resta urants within an easy walk plus amazing beaches just a short drive away. Thanks again for having us and look forward to coming back in June!
Matt
The accommodation and facilities were absolutely fantastic would highly recommend the place and will definitely be coming back again in the future, if they will have us.
Susan
Didnt want to leave !! Gorgeous cottage in a stunning location. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable with everything you need catered for. Hot tub and outside space a real bonus, as was the village pub who gave us a very warm welcome and food was delicious. Handy local shop right on doorstep and just down in the village a designated dog field wher e we met local villagers who were extremely welcoming and helpful. Will definitely be returning.
Christine
Very comfortable cottage
Donna
Had a fantastic time, accommodation was absolutely brilliant, very clean, all what you require. Hot tub made it even more worth it, we also had very good weather. Thank you to the Richards.
Robert
This barn has been beautifully converted, the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs are superb. The open plan living and dining area are just amazing. The kitchen is beautiful and has everything you need. Outside the views are just beautiful and relaxing so quiet and the church bells just let you know you in a beautiful little village. Garden space and h ot tub well what more can I say 11/10. All so good definitely be back next year
Jane
Lovely cottage, tastefully decorated to a high standard. Hosts went out of their way to ensure we had maximum use of the hot tub, which was amazing. Wood burner made the living room super cosy and the bedrooms are all very comfortable. Its a beautiful location and so peaceful we slept like logs. Handy village shop just down the road and good pub to o. Not far to Combe Martin or the lovely Woolacombe beach. Highly recommended.
James
Wonderfully presented cottage and the hot tub just tops it off. Had a great stay with friends and although the weather wasn't on our side the Bbq and hot tub are well covered so can use in any weather. Comfy beds & sofas. Would deffinately recommend.

The property was clean and spacious. Nice area for walking. No DVDs/reading material/games available. The parking area is next to the property, but it is a working farm so limited space. Beware that the male owner is not very friendly and will probably blame your for-dog mess that isnt from your dog
