Age range 74 to 7. What a fabulous place to stay. All rooms a Lovely size. Garden well secluded. We all enjoyed the free theme park just a short stroll away. Also the hot tub was well used. Location was also spot on not far from Padstow and Newquay. Great holiday.

Had a lovely stay. The kids really enjoyed the theme park.
Sophie
The cottage was lovely and was perfect for a weekend away with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday. Enough space for all of us, with clean rooms and the hot tub was ready to go. Although the cottage is remote, it was a short drive to the coast and local towns. Would definitely return in the future.
Alexandru
All we above our expectation. Such an incredible experience into a classic English cottage with bonuses like, Jacuzzy, adventure Park and local food left for us. Thank you very much and all the best.
Ann
The cottage is situated near a working farm a short stroll away from the adventure park. The property has a private drive & parking area, an enclosed garden with hot tub, and garden seating & bbq. The cottage itself was fabulous, perfect for our stay, everything was spotless. The kitchen was well equipped & despite freezing weather the property was warm and cosy with plenty of wood for the wood burner . A lovely welcome gift of cream tea, bread & milk. Perfect location for visiting Padstow.
Helen
Lovely property. Perfect for a family get together.
Natasha
Overall we had a great holiday and the house was more than big enough for the 11 of us that stayed. Use of the park is great if you have children travelling with you. Property is easy to find and was quiet and private. Would recommend to any large group
Christine
A lovely big well equipped house for 7 adults and 3 young children. The adventure park was a big hit and the unlimited free entry was well used. The close proximity to the park was not a problem as it was only open Thursday to Sunday during our stay and we hardly heard any noise from it or the car park anyway. The hot tub was beautifully clean & a big hit with everyone. We had a couple of minor issues which were very quickly dealt with by Sophie & the maintenance team. Overall a wonderful stay.
John
A great place to stay

Park Staf f were very friendly and quickly on hand to sort a couple of minor issues we had.

Ann
Lovely welcome pack which was much appreciated. Cottage was nice and warm when we arrived and we all instantly felt relaxed and comfortable.
Claire
Amazing place!! Couldnt fault it at all!!
Sally
Lovely big house. A lovely selection of bread, scones jam cream etc also a small selection of toiletries but did lack some basics like washing up liquid also not enough toilet rolls for 9 people for 2 days ! These little inexpensive items can really make a difference!
David
Very clean and well equipped. Good size with plenty of room. Hot tub great but expect an unannounced visit from 'maintenance' at any time to check the tub - we could have been in the tub at the time! Only decent view is from upstairs bathroom window - if one ignores the busy carpark on other side of fence. Rear garden view is a close boarded fence. Front view non existent. Log burner is in the kitchen and poorly located for use. Property great - location as a base only. Don't expect views!!
Neil
The cottage was absolutely immaculate upon arrival, it could not be faulted. Fully equipped kitchen aswell including huge dining table. Generous garden for the youngsters to play in. Beds all very comfortable.
Karen
Perfect cottage for out party of 9, plenty of space and made good use if the hot tub and BBQ. Lovely quiet location even though we were next to the adventure park. Would definitely recommend this property.
