Trelow Barton Reviews

Emma
We loved the stunning setting of the property and the access cards for activities made everything so easy, especially with kids. The food at The Pickwick Inn was absolutely delicious too!
James
What a lovely stay! The cottage was spotless, cosyand had everything we needed. The location was perfect for a relaxing weekend. We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be booking again soon. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful escape!
Oliver
We stayed in this place recently and honestly, it’s a pretty nice house. Perfectly placed for exploring Cornwall, though it’s right next to the main entrance of Camel Creek Adventure Park, which we didn’t realise until booking. The staff were lovely when we arrivedand the house looked even better in person than the photos. The hot tub and pool table got tons of use and really added to our stay. We’d definitely stay again - no complaints at all, really! It’s a solid choice for a family trip.
James
Nice place, great spot, but a few little things could be better.
Emma Roberts
We had a really good stay here! The house is spacious, comfyand fully equipped, making it perfect for a relaxed break. It’s super private too, with no noise from the park next door, which is great if you’ve got children. The outdoor area is fantastic, especially the huge hot tub and comfy furniture-perfect for evening barbecues. The place was spotlessly cleanand the local attractions are just a short drive away. We also enjoyed the pool table; it’s a lovely spot for families any time of year. We’d definitely come back!
James
Nice spot, easy to get everywhere from here.
Emma
Loved the cosy feel, staff were lovelyand we had an amazing time overall. Thanks!
Simon
We had a fantastic time staying here! The rooms were really spacious and comfortableand the garden was perfect for relaxing. The free theme park nearby was a hit with everyoneand the hot tub got plenty of use. The location was ideal, close to Padstow and Newquay. Overall, a great holiday!
Joanna
We had a lovely stay! The kids had an absolute blast at the theme park.
Sophie
The cottage was lovely and ideal for a weekend getaway with our friends to celebrate my birthday. There was enough space for all of us, with clean rooms and the hot tub was ready to go. Even though the cottage is a bit remote, it was only a short drive to the coast and local towns. We'll definitely be back in the future!
Alex
Everything exceeded our expectations. What an incredible experience in a classic English cottage, complete with perks like a Jacuzzi, adventure parkand local food left for us. Thanks a lot and all the best!
Natalie
We really enjoyed our holiday! The house was spacious enough for all 11 of us. The park is brilliant if you’ve got kids with you. It was easy to find the property and it felt quiet and private. We’d definitely recommend it for any large group!
Christina
A lovely big well equipped house for seven adults and three young children. The adventure park was such a hit and we made the most of the unlimited free entry! The close proximity to the park wasn’t an issue since it was only open from Thursday to Sunday during our stayand honestly, we hardly heard any noise from it or the car park. The hot tub was beautifully clean and a big hit with everyone. We did have a couple of minor issues, but Sophie and the maintenance team dealt with them super quickly. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.
Jonny
A fabulous place to stay! The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. The room was clean and cozy, with all the essentials we needed. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the area. We would definitely come back! Just a minor thing, the WiFi could be faster. Overall, a lovely experience!
Jamie
We had a really lovely stay here! The place was spotless and felt cosy. The beds were super comfyand there was loads of space for everyone to hang out together in the evenings. The free park entry was a nice bonus, even though our youngest was 22! Perfect spot to explore Cornwall; beaches nearby and The Lizard only about 80 minutes away. The staff were friendly and quick to help with a couple of tiny issues, which was great!
Anna
We really loved the welcome pack, it was such a nice touch! The cottage was warm and inviting when we got thereand we all felt super relaxed and at ease straight away.
Clara
What a fantastic place! We couldn't find a single thing to complain about!
Savannah
What a lovely big house! We enjoyed a great selection of bread, scones, jam, creamand more. There is a small selection of toiletries, but it did lack some basics like washing up liquid. Also, there weren't enough toilet rolls for nine people over two days! These little inexpensive items can really make a difference!
Davie
Really clean and well equipped. Good size with plenty of room. The hot tub was great, but we had an unexpected visit from 'maintenance' to check it - we could have been in the tub at the time! The only decent view is from the upstairs bathroom window, but that’s if you ignore the busy car park on the other side of the fence. The rear garden view is just a close boarded fence. There’s no front view at all. The log burner is in the kitchen and not very well placed for use. The property itself is great, but it's really just a base for location. Don't expect views!!
Katy
This cottage was just perfect for our party of 9! There was loads of spaceand we took full advantage of the hot tub and BBQ. It’s in a lovely quiet location, even though the adventure park is right next door. We would definitely recommend this place!
