Quiet Cottage Riverview Reviews

Harriet
We had a lovely stay at the quiet cottage-so peaceful and private, with stunning views over the river, especially during those wild weather days. Even though we missed the wildflower bloom, the seed heads still looked pretty. The place was super comfortable and fitted with top-notch appliances, really high quality. We’d definitely come back. Our four days flew by! Sadly, we didn’t spot the hedgehog others mentioned, but maybe next time. Overall, a great getaway!
Emily
This cottage was just fantastic for a weekend getaway! Modern and brand new, yet super cosy - we felt right at home. The cleanliness was spot on, no worries there. The bed was super comfy, perfect for a good night's sleep, even for us in our 50s. We loved chilling on the private terrace and soaking in the hot tub, surrounded by big windows with views of nature. Waking up in a flower meadow? Absolutely blissful! We didn’t want to leave.
James

We had a lovely stay at this modern cottage. The layout is really well-designed and everything you could need is there. The furnishings are high qualityand the bed was super comfy. The hosts made us feel welcome and explained how to use the pool. The views of the Tamar river from the lounge and bedroom are stunning. After a day out, relaxing in the hot tub with those views was perfect. The verandah gets the sun all dayand it’s totally private. Quiet surroundings, with nice walks to local pubs-Bere Ferrers has good food, but Bere Alston’s doesn’t serve food anymore. We’d definitely come back!
